Kim Calland - Belong Atherton - Experience Coordinator

Kim is responsible for the village experience programme, promoting quality of life through a vibrant events and activities programme for all residents, tenants and members of the wider community, including Experience Day customers.

Events, opportunities and experiences are designed to reflect the interests of our customers and ensure days are filled with purpose, interest, social engagement and fun.

Kim's career within the care industry began over seven years ago, initially working as a private care assistant. She joined the team at Belong Atherton in 2017 and within three years, had worked her way up to the role of Experience Co-ordinator.

She is also involved in village events and fundraising activities such as dressing as Mrs Clause for the Christmas fair, walking Snowdon Mountain to raise funds for sensory equipment, and much more.

Outside of Belong, Kim is an active member of the local community and runs a local Morris dancing troupe, a role she has undertaken for over twelve years.
