There are lots of reasons to volunteer in one of our care villages.
Maybe you’re a student looking for experience to help your career or your Duke of Edinburgh programme. Or a relative who feels there’s more you could contribute to our community. Perhaps you’re a neighbour with time and skills to offer. Or someone who’d like to support those in need of a little extra assistance to be able to maintain their hobbies and interests.
What you can do
There are numerous ways to get involved. The biggest thing you can give is your time. By being there, you can help brighten someone’s day and meet some incredible people. In fact, many of our volunteers tell us they feel they gain than they give. Browse some of the things people have done in the past, but these are just examples; the list is endless!
