Integrated retirement communities (IRCs), sometimes known as extra care housing or assisted living, is an umbrella term describing independent living, together with care services available if needed; amenities that help to facilitate an active lifestyle; and the opportunities to connect with other people.
All Belong villages are IRCs, home to one and two-bed apartments available to rent or buy and complemented with state-of-the-art facilities including bistro, salon, and specialist gyms. Our apartment tenants have access to a continuum of care as needs change, as well as a vibrant activities and experiences programme designed to promote wellbeing.

We are members of the Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO). As Approved Operators for our Integrated Retirement Communities, we aim to comply at all times with the ARCO Consumer Code.
