Release of apartments at Belong Chester to create thriving village-living in the heart of the city

People in Chester looking to stay active in later life will be able to reserve their place at Belong’s latest state-of-the-art village community when it releases its 23 independent-living apartments for purchase or rent at its newest development, located in the city. The one- or two-bedroomed apartments are located within a vibrant village complex, which is set to open in January 2022. Featuring a range of spaces and amenities, such as a bistro, hair salon, gym and art studio, this newly built community care village epitomises the active lifestyle facilitated in later life by Belong.

The high specification apartments with custom-built living facilities and 24-hr emergency response also provide the reassurance of being located within a caring community. As well as the independent-living apartments, the village includes households providing round-the-clock support, including specialist dementia and nursing care, ensuring there are always members of the Belong team on-site.

Located in the city centre, Belong Chester offers easy access to key city amenities, such as the train station and central shopping areas. Deputy Chief Executive, Tracy Paine believes Belong's new community will bring mutual benefit to both residents and locals.
