"My wife receives wonderful care in Belong. The staff are very helpful and caring and provide excellent support for all her needs. The Belong Gateway system enables me to find out all aspects of her care. She has the opportunity of taking part in various activities each day. She enjoys the range of food available including the option to either eat in her household or in the bistro. "

"The team caring for my mother are wonderful. Mum has been with them now for nearly three years. She has always been cared for as an individual and is always beautifully turned out, with her hair done every week by the lovely ladies in the salon downstairs. The highlight of her week is the stay-and-play session with the nursery children - she comes much more into focus as soon as she sees them and really engages with them, joining in as much as she is able to with the activities. Mum is usually 'in a good place' each time I go to visit, and I am never worried that that will change when I leave. Staff are always happy to have my input and we work as a team to keep mum entertained and happy. The Admiral Nurse service is excellent and has helped me to cope with what can be a hard emotional journey for a daughter. This is something I could never have coped with without the support of everyone in Belong including the fabulous cleaners, everyone in the Bistro and the entertainment staff."

"My husband is relatively young to have dementia and it was always going to be difficult to find a suitable care home. After trialing one, it became quickly apparent that it wasn't the right fit for him. I can't find the words to explain how relieved I am to have found Belong Chester. From the cleaners, kitchen staff, carers to management, everyone has been kind, helpful and supportive. They are bending over backwards to try to understand and meet my husband's complex needs. I couldn't have found anywhere better! "

"Belong is a modern, easily accessible care environment. By which, I mean spacious, totally wheelchair friendly, with access to many amenities for all, support for doing this and all in a friendly, small unit household. Visitors are welcomed and can support their loved ones through meal times, attend doctors' sessions, talk to trained care and medical staff easily and are never turned away. The facilities are excellent. Meals can be taken in the household or in the in-house bistro. Daily activities are run and any resident can attend these. Care staff will take residents but visitors are also encouraged to take relatives too. All staff are friendly and approachable. It feels like you are walking into an extended family environment. Best decision I've ever made."

"This is an amazing care home. The residents are treated as individuals and all their needs met quickly and with a smile. Medications are administered exactly as prescribed and individual preferences in meals are catered for. The building is purpose-built and the units are small and friendly with knowledgeable staff and exceptional cleanliness."

"My father became a resident of Belong Chester Care village recently. The admissions process and attention given to us by a particular member of staff and his team was first class. Since admission, the care and overall attention Dad has been given is simply excellent.
I could not wish for him to be in a better environment. 10/10."

"We feel priviliged to have made a home here and experience all of the facilities. We have received such wonderful care within the households and apartments. "My dad moved into a household a few months ago. He is well looked after, from the meals he receives to the daily help he requires. The staff are all friendly and supportive. Activities and regular exercise are on offer if you want to join in. Dad has flourished here and in his own words, nowhere could beat it and he couldn't be looked after any better. The rooms and furniture are all modern and bright but with a homely feel. The residents interact with the children's nursery which is on-site and it makes my dad's day as the children all know him by name."

"My husband has been in Belong Chester nursing home since the 7th of September. I can only praise the home. We were made very welcome on arrival and every time we visit. The staff are very kind and nothing seems too much for them to make my husband safe and happy. Plenty of lovely food and facilities are next to none, and plenty of entertainment to keep my husband occupied. Belong Chester is a lovely home. I know my husband is being well looked after and he is very happy here."

"Mum moved to Belong Chester this month from another care home and she has been made to feel very welcome to the household and the other residents. Belong is very well equipped and has super facilities on offer, and the household is warm and friendly. It is in a great location on City Road, right on the canal, so plenty of opportunity for people watching from the balcony. The staff and management team have all been great - flexible and really easy to talk to and work with, and they take time for Mum on an individual level (as well as group activities), including taking her out for walks and shopping when they can."
